What is my tracking number?

My Item Arrived Damaged.
Although we take extra precautions by providing additional padding for every item we ship, we have received reports from our customers that approximately 3 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the mail service. If you encounter this unfortunate situation, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- A photograph of the damaged product.
Once we have received these details, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
